Hello World of Blogging

Well, I guess I am finally making it into the 21st century. This is a big step for me. Historic even. I've kept putting off this blogging idea, notwithstanding the fact that so many people have told me it is so easy. It really has been. It's taken me no time at all to set this up. I shudder to think of all the opportunities I've been missing all this time. My attorney friend Tom Makeig finally gave the push I needed just this morning. Thanks Tom. I'm indebted to you and all those (Alex - you know who you are!) who have guided me on this.

So now I'm here, what am I going to talk about? I suppose I should mention that Franci and I just put on an all-day seminar in Orlando yesterday. We've done them before, but this was the first time we'd organized other speakers to join us. Our topic was "Business Strategies for the Current Economic Climate" and we attracted a group of over 30 entrepreneurs to our free event. It was a tremendous success!! All three of us speakers got fantastic feedback from those who came out to support us. If you were one of them, then we would like to ackoowledge you by expressing our appreciation for your support.

We put on these free events in order to help promote our consultancy business: David Stacey International, LLC. We will have hopely taken on a number of new clients as a resulty of our efforts. The success of this event means we will not only do more in Orlando and around FLorida, but we will also launch our events across the USA. We have plans for putting on at least one event each month going forward. We will keep our readers appraised of upcoming events.

I've no doubt bored you sufficiently for this first historic blog. It's the weekend - both you and we deserve to relax, so go and enjoy.
